sso used to feeling awful all the time that now i dont feel right if im not feeling bad. or if i feel happy and im in a good mood i get scared that im going to feel horrible in a day or two because thats what usually happens

i kinda hope nobody reads these// <posting these publicly knowing damn well theres a private feature

doing ok as of right now :9 i can never really pinpoint whats making me feel bad really. the things i can are more personal things that i kinda dont wanna share

I can tell you're young. But I can relate to feeling horrible like what youre saying. I felt the same way most of my youth. Mostly due to my parents neglect of my mental health which was very obviously bad from a young age. I'll listen if you wanna talk.
